There are no refunds for personal Hygiene products that have been opened or used.
If you received a product that you did not order. Contact Blooms Bees and we will send a shipping label to return the product and send you the correct product. If you are returning an unopened product for other reasons. you will be responsible for shipping. All orders are photographed immediately prior to packing for shipment for quality assurance.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
