Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with BloomsBees.com you must be over 18 years of age or older and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. BloomsBees.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be BloomsBees.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party BloomsBees.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
All sales are final. Returns are subject to the terms and conditions of our return and warranty policy. Defective consumable products may be returned for exchange. contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. .
Pricing and Availability
We try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, changing it or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled after a reasonable amount of time. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
Failed transactions -Many things can cause a credit or debit card transaction to fail. Typos and incorrect billing information are common causes. Particularly with debit cards, fund are held (by your bank) when a transaction is attempted. It may take several days for those funds to be released back to your account in the case of a failed transaction. Please be sure all information is exactly as it appears on your bank statement to avoid held funds.
We collect and remit sales tax from our customers located in certain state and local jurisdictions, including those jurisdictions where the product delivered is taxable and where we maintain a physical presence. We determine your local taxing jurisdiction based on the billing address that you list in your account.
You agree to be responsible for and to pay any sales, personal property, use, VAT, excise, withholding, or any other taxes that may be imposed, based on this Agreement, use or possession of the Site or the Products or your products or services (except for taxes based on net income payable by us).
We reserve the right to require signature confirmation at our sole discretion. In practice this will likely include but is not limited to any orders over $100 or addresses where delivery has been a problem in the past or is suspected to be a problem. You may request that your order be mailed without signature confirmation. To request that an order be sent without signature confirmation, state your request in the comments of your order. Bloomsbees can not be held responsible financially or otherwise for orders not received for any reason if signature confirmation has been waived. The customer takes full responsibility for orders lost, stolen, or otherwise not received
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason
In some cases when a package is returned to us unopened by the Post Office we may be willing to refund the cost of the order itself, however this is at our discretion and does not imply any obligation to do so. In all cases, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Bloomsbees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. Lost or stolen packages are very frustrating and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.
If you placed an order on BloomsBees.com that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 866-899-4049 from 9am-4pm EST Mon-Fri. or by emailing BloomsBeesinfo@gmail.com. We usually ship the same day, orders received prior to 12:00pm EST and next business day, orders after 2:00pm EST. We cannot cancel or change your order once it has shipped. You can return the order if the shipping package is unopened to BloomsBees.com. Once we receive the order order, we can change or refund the cost of the product,shipping and handling will not be refunded. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
